How do I return an item? Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. You can contact me by e-mail using: paul@extremepcspeed.com Please include the invoice number in your email and your contact details. I will issue you with an RMA number which must accompany the returned item along with a copy of the original invoice. Please remember ALL our items serial numbers are logged, failing to return the item we sold you will void your RMA. You are responsible for shipping costs when returning an item. If the item is found to be faulty we will replace the item or issue a refund against your invoice for the item only, NOT shipping costs. If no fault is found we will ship the item back to you once we receive your shipping instructions, the freight charge is at your expense. If you have made a mistake and ordered an incorrect component, no replacement or refund will be given.
